Meditation

Meditation is the practice of engaging in focused contemplation or reflection for the purpose of inner peace or a heightened sense of spiritual awareness. Common forms of meditation include focusing on one's breathing, repeating a word or phrase (mantra), listening to music, focusing on an object and walking.
