Prior to scheduling an appointment, please call the Behavioral/Mental Health number on the back of your insurance card to obtain: 1) pre authorization (if necessary); and 2) benefit information (deductible, number of sessions per year, co-payment).
After your deductible is met (if applicable), your co-payment is due at the time of service. If you do not have insurance and are paying out of pocket, the private pay rate is $160 for the initial session and $120 for subsequent sessions. Each session is 50 minutes in length.
There is a $70 out of pocket fee for missed appointments (insurance does not cover missed appointments), or appointments that are cancelled with less than 24-hours notice. Exceptions to this policy include: emergencies; bad weather; and illness.
As a courtesy, Dr. Bailey appreciates a minimum of three days notice prior to canceling.
